Can someone tell me why this 2017 Honda Accord rim will not fit my 2015 Honda Accord.

welcome to the forum. Have you tried to put it on your self. if not it could be because of the center hub being set out farther then a 2015, the inner diameter may not fit the caliper in properly,

it could be a couple reasons

the hole pattern doesn’t line up with the studs, the bore of the wheel doesn’t match with the hub, or there could be something in the suspension/brake system hitting the wheel. (brake caliper, upper/lower arm, strut, or tie rods.

it could also be just rust. if the back of the wheel or hub is too rusty/corroded it won’t go on easily.

It would depend what trim levels since not all of the wheel sizes line up meaning the rims wouldn't fit due to hole alignment.
