Hello everybody.. Im having a guy come out to me with a 1998 honda civic lx and it has 144000 miles one owner says it runs awesome im getting it for 1500 bucks. Can i have any tips or comments about them thanks!

 

welcome to the forum. ask when the timing belt, crank seal, cam seal, water pump, belt tensioner were last changed, when the last wheel alignment was done, brake job on the front and the back. if the radiator was ever replaced, was the car ever in a hard accident,, how often was the oil changed, trans fluid changed, clutch if a standard. did it ever have any electrical problems arise. low or high idle problems, if the cv's have been changed or the boots damaged. does it have a clean title or salvage title. how much oil does it use between oil changes. does the a/c work if it has it. any cracks in the windshield or windows, do they all work. do all the lights work, windshield washer. was it repainted if so why. if you have any other questions, ask, info is free and broken car cost money. price is good if the car is in good conditon.
