Front tire wear 2014 CRV
We bought a used 2014 CRV three years ago and after the factory tires wore out I put some Michelins (60k mile rating) on it. I've always had good success with Michelins but I had to replace two after 26k miles and I'm about to replace the other two after 36k miles. I'm pretty on-time with rotation, keeping pressures right, and alignment. The problem's not alignment as they are wearing evenly across.
This is the first front wheel drive car we've had in 25 years and I've always heard FWD wears front tires out quicker. Is it the car? The tires?

welcome to the forum. if you are purchasing your tire from Honda, their tire compound may be a little softer compound to give a softer ride when selling cars. i have gone to America's tires for all my vehicle tires and majority of them have surpassed their milage claim so far, with you doing the balance, alignment, and rotation, tires should always last longer than the warranty miles.
