hello im eliot im from rhode island i have a integra 90 ls pretty clean but i have a problem i repleace the thermostat but im geting no heat the two radiator hose get real hard the top one is real hot but botton is cool the two litter hoses on heater core are hot but no heat what is the problem the im having , help me to fix this problem is cool i need my heat.

 

welcome to the forum. the valve that allows the heat to flow through the heater core may be stuck closed, need to check it physically to see if it moves.
