Hello, all...
New member here from Torrance, California. Figured I'd join up to get some knowledge and feedback regarding the 2015 Civic, since I will very soon be in the market for a brand-new car, and the Civic is one of two cars I am considering very seriously.
Specifically, I am considering the 2015 Civic LX in Crimson Pearl, with the Beige interior. The LX trim has all the basic features I want standard, and I just love that color combination. The only options I would want are the fog lights, and the auto-dimming mirror. I'd get the CVT transmission.
The other vehicle I am also seriously considering is the 2016 Ford Focus SE sedan, Ruby Red, with the Medium Light Stone interior, and automatic transmission. One one hand, I'd love to buy American, but on the other hand, I know Honda has an excellent reputation for reliability.
One thing which is of prime importance to me is ride quality... I need a smooth ride, that doesn't feel every little bump in the road. Can someone provide any insight into this area for me? Also, how quiet is the cabin... what's the road noise factor like? I'd appreciate any real-world owner experiences anyone can share with me. Is it a good car to take on a long road trip? That's definitely something I will be doing.
