2002 honda accord. Changed timing belts and now won't start

welcome to the forum. recheck timing marks to top dead center per piston nbr 1.

Is this a DIY or did you have a shop/garage do the timing belt??
DIY must recheck the timing marks they used. Using wrong timing marks can be a disaster
Most likely, if interference engine then crap happened and engine is toast.
But can still try again and hope for the best???????
If garage did this then you can go back there and demand a new engine.
