Hi I'm in UK and have bought a 2009 Honda Odyssey Absolute that I am very happy with. As the Japanese radio only allows me a couple of stations I am thinking of upgrading the head unit to something a bit more modern. I've already had a number of suggestions from owners (via the Honda Odyssey Facebook UK group) but I can't find anything that makes a great deal of sense for a reasonable amount of money. Can anyone offer some suggestions please as to what would work, where I could get one from and how difficult it would be to fit myself. Many thanks.
