k well i just got a 94 teg and it has a d16y8 sohc vtec it has plenty of power but the vtec silinoid on the head and the other thing that it is hooked to has wires on it but they dont run anywhere they just cut how do i hook the vtec up?

i dont know how to put a picture of it on here or i would please help me!
