Default need manual trans for 88 honda accord lxi 2.0 fuel injected

I have a 1988 honda accord lxi and i was driving home from work one day and all the sudden i lost fith gear. All the other gears still work fine but i dont know if i just need to put anoher gear in or if i have to replace the whole transmission. iv tried to call around about getting a transmission but i can not find any one who sells them any more. or does any one know what transmission i can use cause i know that honda is interchangable with other kinds of cars. please let me know asap i want to get the car back on the road as fast as possible
