It has a headgasket leak.
It also needed a hood, but I painted the one that was on it.
The driver's side front fender is dented (I ordered one from e-Bay, but accidentally ordered an Accord and now I need a Civic fender).
I has minor dents and rust as well as some small areas needing touch-up paint.
Interior is good, although previous owner was a smoker and there are a coouple of cigarrette holes in the seats.
A few other problems that I am sure to discover as I work on it.

Get yourself a service manual, or you can try Autozone.com and register for free. autozone goes up to 95 civic I think and go to repair, it may have instructions on how to change the head gasket. Also on u tube I have found many repair video to help do your own maintenance. minor dents you can sand down and practive with bondo, not to deep type.
