Default New to Hondas

I have driven Nissans for years, but today I drove a one owner 1993 Accord LX that has had meticulous service. The car drives well with a couple of minor issues, but the mileage is 265000. That is a lot, but the owner has marvelous records and many repairs have been made, including those all important timing belts and the mechanic has a stellar reputation. The clutch is original. What do I look for in the way of problems? Is there anything inherent in these cars?

I thank you in advance.
