Started my car on my lunch break today only to hear this noise. Driving ability hasn’t been an issue and all of the fluids are very clean and filled to their appropriate lines. My question is it the engine or could it be a bad bearing or pulley?

 

Did the noise go away after running for a while?
Or did it get louder?
Is it a squeak? or rattle?

Not enough to even pretend to make a wild guess ... lol
