Default Poor Gas Milage

Hi I have a 2023 CRV Hybrid. I Bought Brand new with 80 miles. First 4000 miles gas mileage was excellent. I do mostly intown driving. I was averaging about 41 miles to the gallon. Then i took on a 800 mile road trip. Havent been able to get food gas mileage since. I am currently at 5700 miles..My sticker in the window stated to do a oil change at 5000 miles. I took vehicle in for another problem Lane assist usage failure service soon. This they could find no problem. Thats frustrating enough. Came on about 4 times now . Dealership didnt want to do oil change I was only at 60 percent but husband made them do it because sticker they put on stated to! My main concern right now is the gas mileage. It never seems to want to stay on battery.. Im getting about 28 Miles to the gallon now. Im not using the heat or anything different yet..Im afraid when I do Ill realy be hurting. Whats going on anyone know???

I'd be frustrated too.
I would never trust the ratings they give. They are only if you drive in conditions that use the battery most of the time and even then they are high.
I get better mileage from my 2000 Le Sabre.

Have a 2022 CRV Touring Hybrid, bought new. Do mostly freeway driving. Best mileage was about 29 mpg but was doing frequent wildlife refuge driving at 10-15 mph. Now mostly stays about 27-28 mpg which is the same as for my prior CRV gas only.
Was told initially that need to have a break in period of about 1000 miles, no improvement in mileage, that was upped to 2000 - 5000 miles, no improvement. Continued questions as to why no where near advertised mileage, never got straight answer. Once told that the rating is for "highway" driving - thus at 55-60 mph, while I was doing "Freeway' driving - 70-75 mph, thus the poor mileage.
Real disappointed as to the mileage, especially when sold on the idea of the better mileage would offset the higher cost. Almost feel like I was scammed.
Anyone getting close to the advertised mileage?
Considering another Touring trim but not sure I want the hybrid unless it has improved mileage.
