Default Stuck brake caliper

I recently changed my rear brake pads and now my pedal is soft half way, so I tried bleeding the brakes a couple of sessions but I still have no luck. I don’t think it my master cylinder because the pedal gets hard after pushing it half way.

is it possible the brake was released while you still had the bleeder open to drain.
