The passenger window will roll down but not up. I ordered a new (used) master switch twice now and when I replace the switch it will roll both windows down but not up. My original switch will at least let me use the driver side up and down. I am stumped......please help. I did not order a NEW switch from dealer because I was not going to be out $250 if that didn't fix problem....I have been without a working passenger window for over a year.......HELP
