So we just bought our Odyssey used and it looks like the center console has a slot for some sort of attachment. I would assume it's for a trash can or something, but for the life of me, I can't find any sort of info on what goes here. Do any of you guys know what belongs here?

 

welcome to the forum. I have seen a similar unit that received a piggy back that allows a glove box section and two cup holders for the back passengers. the unit together sit almost the level of the seats.

 

Thanks, that's what I figured I just couldn't find a part like that anywhere.

 

if appears to look like a stock item, Honda's parts manuals should show the whole counsel set up. If it is an aftermarket install, it make be difficult to find what make. you can uncrew the lower box at the aft end where there appears to be a plate to remove. you may be able to find a make or part number under it. if you find anything, post it on this current post and I will try to assist you to locate the top or complet set up.

 

found it. go to cheaphondaparts.com put in your ody info, and go to interior/bumper. then to console, you will see your bottom part and what all goes with your set up. if you are looking to build up your console, you might what to try the salvage yards, or if you go to ebay, there are salvage yards selling parts, you can text/email the salvage yard to see if they have what you are looking for and color. have your color code and vin near by. also if you google 2014 ody console, see what may turn up.
