2018 Honda Odyssey Ex-L Media port usb pushed inside
2018 Honda Odyssey EX-L , media port has been slightly pushed inside, couldn't plug in USB.
Checked with dealer , warranty decision will be made by Honda once we open the cabin console and identified whether its just functioning or not. For diagnostics dealer will charge $300 (2 hours labor ) if its not working then Honda will make a call on warranty , if its agreed on warranty diagnostic charge will be waived else have to pay for labor and parts.
Please let me know what are the chances for Honda will cover under the warranty on this issue.

welcome to the forum. if I purchased a new ody and the service dept would not fix my usb, I would be a very unhappy customer and advised the service manager and sales person that I would tell all my friends and forum members of how this dealership will not fix my usb on my 2018 Ody. and advise all your friends on your job/church/social functions to not purchase a Honda from this dealership.
