I have a 2004 Odyssey, my wife yanked the cupholder/change drawer out of the console. Nothing broke but how do I get it back in?

 

you have to completely detach the tray from the vehicle and then disassemble the tray in order to replace these little flaps.

The reason is that the flaps are held in by three plastic pin holes and you have to separate the top and bottom sections of the plastic tray in order to be able to slide the flaps onto the plastic pins. If you try to buy one from Honda they will sell you the whole tray.
