Hesitates One Time after start

Hesitates One Time after start
My 2004 Honda Odyssey has a strange hesitation.
· Only seems to hesitate one time after a cold start (off for ˝ hour or more)
· Only seems to do it when I shift from reverse to forward after starting it up and backing out of the driveway (it may also do it forward to reverse, but I’m not sure)
· The engine speed rises a little when I try to accelerate, then it drops to idle. It recovers if I take my foot off of the accelerator for a couple seconds and then accelerate again.
· The van runs fine after it “recovers” and it won’t hesitate again until the next cold start
· I recently replaced the upstream oxygen sensor after the check engine light turned on. Spark plugs are only a few months old.
Any clues as to what could cause this?
