Lawsuit on Uneven Tire Wear/Camber Issues - Experience Needed! Potential Class Action
I'm reposting info I posted on OdyClub - I just joined this site so I could share this information here as well.
On May 3rd 2024 I won a small claims case against American Honda (case# 2024SC000216) for uneven tire wear issues on my 5th Generation Odyssey in the Dane Co. Court of Madison Wisconsin.
There's been a lot of great discussion on OdyClub on uneven tire wear and camber issues from guys like @Triaque@Eddiebauer86@dominicvelasco@Lartymarf@Chevette55 and others.
Honda has appealed the May 3rd judgement and the case will be heard in a higher court with the date yet to be determined. I'm reaching out to everyone here (and other forums as well) to gather data for a potential class action.
Honda has taken the Ignore them until they go away approach with this issue and that's not right. I'd love to get feedback on your experiences to justify a further investigation from a class action firm.

- Year, Make Model
- Mileage when abnormal tire wear was observed
- Attempts at resolving abnormal tire wear issues and through what channels
- Any other parts of your story you'd like to share
- Also If you've got pictures, I'd love to see them, but definitely not required at this point
