If and when fuel becomes more expensive in the US, we'll start seeing more Euro-size minivans, such as the Mazda 5, Ford S-Max and VW Touran. Ironically, the original Odyssey was a perfect example of this, but it did not sell well as fuel is too cheap here. As long as fuel is cheap, Americans will prefer their minivans to be not-so-mini. The Renault Espace, which I think has a really cool design, is an example of a van that's a little more spacious than the other three I mentioned but still gets pretty decent fuel economy. Potentially we could see something like that in the Nissan lineup if market conditions warrant.
