Odyssey Wiggle or vibration at 70MPH
Driving on I-94 going west from kalamazoo Michigan the steering wheel of my 2012 Honda odyssey started wiggling and vibrating back and forth rather vigorously
the ODY is very smooth driving it at lower speeds like 60 mph . Turning down Hwy 51 then going south off of I-94 I accelerated for a very short period to 70 ( its a 55 zone) and there was no wiggling or vibration at all very smooth driving ? Seems to me like I-94 just west of kalamazoo either direction has a wash board effect to it anyone else drive this stretch of I-94 and notice this ?
I am concerned about shocks, struts, ball joints etc. maybe loosening up causing this or is it the road ? thanks everyone Bob

few california hwy sections have this same wash board effect. it does not affect the vehicle, but will be more pronounced on older vehicles where the joints are slowly worn out. if and when you take your vehicle in for a wheel alighnment, you can ask them to check for excessively worn parts or they will tell you without asking if you have worn parts that may need to change. most of my Honda's i've had go 280+ miles with no front end problems after the first wheel alignment.
