Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my quick testimony on why I decided to leave AAA and actually found another motor club that was more customer service oriented and worth my money called MCA. I was a happy and loyal customer with AAA for 4 years, and everything was fine until they were running a special for new members a few months back. I called the company, and I was not able to receive much help on trying to get my rates lowered, but I chose to stick with the company. What did it for me really was a tow that took almost two hours to come, when they said no more than 45 minutes and the tow driver was not customer friendly either. In February, a friend showed me another motor club called Motor Club of America (MCA) and said I should look into it, and I'm honestly glad that I did. For what I paid to sign up ($40) I got over $150k of benefits and services, better customer service, and a referral program that was pretty cool.
