There are a few sites on line that have a free fax. It's been a while back when I got mine for free. But had to view a lot of sites to get it.

lowlife9 When you purchase a vehicle, you need to set up a guide line on what you want to look at. when I view a car to purchase, I ck for paint difference, body ripples, overspray in the wheel well, bent frame, shinny metal in folds, bent metal under the hood etc. Lot of it is from experience. so much to look at besides having a car fax. A flooded car referbished is hard to tell until many years later. even carfax can miss this.
