A group of law firms are bringing an antitrust suit on behalf of consumers against companies that fixed the price for components incorporated in cars sold throughout the United States. Several of the proposed defendants have already pled guilty to criminal antitrust charges in the United States and abroad and have been fined for their illegal activity. However, in order to proceed as a nationwide class action, we need a named Plaintiff from each state. Each named Plaintiff represents all the purchasers in their respective state. We have plaintiffs from several states already, but we need Plaintiffs for the following states:

Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wisconsin

If you are selected as a representative Plaintiff on behalf of purchasers in your state, YOUR TIME COMMITMENT IS MINIMAL and NO FINANCIAL COMMITMENT is required on your part. If the claim is successful, the Representative Plaintiffs may receive a FINANCIAL AWARD, at the Court’s discretion, to compensate them for their time and effort.

5) Not be contemplating or in the process of going through a bankruptcy.
