I'm a bit new to this forum. Anyway, I am looking for help.


I was brake checked by a cop... check out the video below. He literally tried to have me smash into him...


Any ideas on what I can/should do?

 

welcome to the forum. go to court, you may loose. your word and the video. against 2 leo's. avoid the headache and not follow close to the police. keep your distance to avoid tinted windows and follow to close citation. avoid court.

 

The officer didn't have his lights/sirens on. He doesn't get special privilege. I was driving normally, and within the law...

I am actually looking forward to court to see if the leo will try to defend his actions. He could have seriously hurt someone.

 

i believe Leo's are not subject to the law.
