Default info on crf 230

i have a 03 crf 230 rebuilt the engine in january from the dealer the bike ran awesome. now when i go to ride it the bike only has low end an now top end it acts as if the choke is on because the throttle jumps all over. now here is the weird part it only does this from time to time and it only does this when the bike is either really really hot or it hasnt warmed up all the way it is very confusing to me i have cleaned the carb, i have checked the timing, everything is ok oh the other weird part it only does this when i am in gear when i am in neutral the bike will wind out like it is supposed to. the bike is all stock motor wise so i am so confused wat to do ne ideas?

really the exact same problem what year is your bike i found out that mine was having even more issues so i dove into the carb cleaned it spotless then tightened it back down an this time it seemed like the timing was off because now my bike was back firing when it got hot! i could not figure it out i called the dealer an they thought it was the timing ran it into them they did a diognostic on the bike couldnt find ne thing got it home an then i started thinkin that maybe it was the air gettin into the fuel replaced all the fuel lines cleaned the fuel regulator at the bottom of the tank an then went back to the carb when i had it runing one time i could hear a small hiss or just not a good sound put my finger over the gasket an there was air so i put gasket sealer over the old gasket an had my bike back to where she was with all the power so try that

ok guys just going to update this thread however i cured the issue with the 230s running like crap i fixed it over the summer and i cant remember if it was the airbox wasnt all the way on if the rubber boot connecting the engine and carb needed to be resealed, ok heres what the issue with mine the gasket on the top of the carb gets worn after so many hours of useage i put silicone on the top and never had a problem with it again

I already used tooth paste and some other products to clear it, but after few days it again gets yellowish, all my effort got, in vain. If i go for new how much i have to spend and from where i can get new one that is excellent and according to my pocket
