Dohc ZC Piston Issues, Need Help!!

I have an 89 crx with a DOHC ZC swap(black top, pm7) and my #1 and #4 pistons aren't firing. Checked everything else, put a brand new distributor, wires, and sparkplugs. What the hell is wrong with it??? Help would be greatly appreciated!
