Hi, I would like to share with you the BR-V (2019 model) transmission noise problem. The car was bought 2 months ago. there was abnormal noise when the car runs at about 60 km/hour. The noise was very disturbing. The problem was found in one meek after I got the car, and was reported to HONDA immediately. After replacing the transmission, the noise still exists!
Honda lied to me about the noise checkup result. The noise level was not in the standard acceptance range (per Honda standard and Honda checkup) before changing the transmission, but Honda hided the information.
Honda said the noise after replacing the transmission is in the range now, but for me the noise is same as before.
Did anybody face the same problem with BR-V?
I am thinking of suing Honda because the lies they made. Any suggestions please.

welcome to the forum. have you tried driving another 2019 br-v to see if that vehicle has the same noise, also try another dealership to see if their new model makes that noise. if the new on is quiet vs yours being louder, you might try contacting the Honda above the dealership. like American Honda and file a claim.
