Hi all! Got my Pilot in October, since then the touch screen has stopped working twice. Loud beep and then no connectivity to any audio and the camera doesn’t work. Took it in and they did hard reboot to fix. Told me there’s nothing they can do but this is ridiculous. Any thoughts?

 

welcome to the forum due to your pilot is brand new, allow the dealership to do the fixing. older models are having their computer rebooted like yours, and or having the old software updated.

 

There are two recalls that impact your Pilot (mine is a 2019 Touring and it is also impacted). Check owners.honda.com and login to see the recalls that "supposedly" correct the exact problem you are having.
