Help needed
I had a friend change the radiator or my Honda pilot 2004 but am not sure he got the transmission line correctly because there is space for three hoses at the bottom of the radiator.
can someone help me with the picture or video of how the transmission hoses are supposed to fit in the radiator

The newer radiator may be an after market one which means it is made for several different vehicles.
The old radiator was probably original manufacturer's.
Only thing to do when changing radiator is to check to see if the parts match and fit into place.
And then to put the hoses back to where they came from.
Very difficult to get wrong.
But, let us hope there is someone who can give you a picture.

welcome to the forum. the third fitting is for the Pilots that have and additional trans cooler infront of the radiator and a/c condensor. the hot trans oil comes from the trans to the add on trans cooler infront of the a/c condensor, the outlet line goes into the radiator then back to the transmission. if the transmission cooler is too cold the radiator warms it up like in alaska. if you do not have an add on trans cooler, you use only 2 outlets of the 3.
