Hi everyone just wanted to know how many minutes does it take the radiator fan of a Honda pilot 2004 to start working while idling. Because I started my engine for about 15 minutes while idling the fan did not start. So I put on the A/C the fan started working when I put off the A/C the fan stopped. Kindly educate me thanks.

 

The radiator fan turns on when the engine coolant temperature (ECT) senses the coolant has reached operating temperature.
The radiator fans turns on when the AC is turned on (the AC fan also turns on)
When the ECT is disconnected, the radiator fan should also turn on.
I don't have the schematics to see if there is a control module for the fan
So can not tell you what else to look for.
