Default radiator fan plug in

I just bought my first honda, I've worked on fords most my life so this is kind of new to me. It's a 93 accord LX and the radiator fan looks like it may be after market, it has two fans on it. but the wires for it are just tired up sitting to the side, I have no idea where they plug in at. it's plugged into the fan but that's it

The passenger side fan is plugged up and works. Could I splice the two together?

Run the wire to a power source and see if the motor is good to the fan first. When the engine is running, there's one , located in the thermostat housing. It's SUPPOSED to cause BOTH fans to run when the temperature gets hot enough.

The other fan switch is in the upper radiator hose nozzle (against the head) but that one is only active after you turn the engine off.
