Default Changing the engine coolant in my 2005 Pilot

Does anyone know how often the engine coolant should be changed in a 2005 Pilot? I have checked the owners manual and it states that coolant should be changed every 10 years or 120,000 miles. That sounds like a long time between changes. Does anyone have any thoughts?

welcome to the forum. My Service department changes my coolant at 45k or 2-3 years. Normally the coolant is tested for conditon. If it passes the test, no need to replace the fluid. Or if you feel it has 45k or 2-3 yrs, have it changed. It never hurts to replace the coolant.
