We recently purchased a used 2021 Honda Pilot in really great condition with rather low miles however the glove box is stuck in the closed position. It feels like when you try to open the latch... the left release pin releases, but the right pin does not. Please watch the video below of me operating the glove box, if needed to gain perspective.

Does anybody have any tips or ideas on how to get this opened that they can share for me.... without breaking it? 😁

 

Slide a plastic card under the right side and see if you can get it to release.
