Sound when accelerating
Hi
I have a 2020 Pilot EX-L with 38k miles on it, brought the car to a F****t***e close to my house for brand new tires while I was there the associate told me car need rear brakes too (Rotor/pads), he came up with some number and I agreed with it. Went back to my seat did a quick research just to find out that the brakes should be done all 4 wheels together instead 2. I went back and told him to cancel the job on the brakes. He mentioned the mechanic already took some screws out. I apologized for it and insisted I couldn't do all 4 at that time. So he said OK replaced all 4 tires, for my surprise (assuming they know what they are doing), all 4 wheels (rim) came out scratched pretty bad, called the manager out right there on the spot, he apologized for it and said he would have them resurface. Left the car there on a Thursday night got a phone call on Friday afternoon saying it would take longer then 2 days to get it done because that type of wheels has a coating that takes more then 48 hours to dry. Anyway on Monday afternoon they called saying the car was ready. Drove the car home, next day went out to test drive the new tires, again another surprise, car is making a noise (Hissing or like air is coming out) when I am driving above 40 mph, hard to tell where its coming from, definitely from the front, but not sure if its left, right or motor also it only happens when accelerating. I also noticed the sound is coming out around 2000-2500 rpm when shifting gears. Its hard to describe sound but to me sounds like: psiiiiiiii. My car is relatively new I wouldn't expect motor or transmission going bad this early but we never know. Please if there's someone out there with the same problem or had had this issue before, let me know what have you done to fix it. Thank you.
