Talking Tune down my 2012 Pilot

Hey folks.

I’d like to tune my Pilot down so it drives like a grandma car (no offense to older women).

If possible, I’d like to:
1) Govern the speed down to around 80MPH.
2) Put rev limits on reverse, neutral, park
3) Reduce the maximum output of the motor to maybe around 75% of what it normally does
4) Tune it so it’s more fuel efficient

Does anyone know where to start? I’m not a mechanic, so take it easy with the technology terminology.

Thx!

You will not be able to do what's needed yourself. If you think you will save money on gas by de-tuning you may find it does little to nothing.

It’s a fleet vehicle. My biggest concern is not allowing it to be driven extremely fast. The rest is just a wish-list. Any idea where to go to find someone who can accomplish this with a tune?

Call a programmer and see if they can program a rev and/or speed limit for it.

Thx for the advice. Where could I find a programmer? At a performance shop?

A performance shop or a mobile guy.

It might be more effective and less expensive to use fleet tracking software. Many products available, here are 10 examples I found with a quick google search.

Fleet Tracking Software - Review Leading Systems (capterra.com)
