an 89 prelude i'm working on bogs if more than 1/4 throttle is applied. the fuel filter is new as are the cap and rotor. plugs are goodand the cpu has no codes. i have no way to test the fuel pressure accurately. any ideas?

 

Two of my friends have had similar problems. Ones injectors were too small and the other had a weak fuel pump....

 

I had that problem, and dirty fuel injectors were to blame. Also, you might want to mak sure there is enough oil.
