Default 2009 engine rebuild

I have a 2009 Honda Ridgeline that suddenly started going through oil, it's not leaking so it must be burning oil, anyone else have this issue? Honda says I need an engine rebuild, any thoughts?

welcome to the forum. Might look into purchasing of a good used low milage engine. Honda rebuild is high in cost. Ebay, salvage yards, google,

It's weird, I don't abuse it but suddenly it is going through a quart of oil in about 400 miles and there is no white or blue smoke from the muffler

How many miles on it?
I would do an upper end cleaning including soaking the rings overnight.

I'm confused, I've added 4 quarts of oil in my truck in the last year and the dealership said they can't find the issue, any one else ever have this problem?

I'm confused also. They tell you that it needs a new engine but they can't find anything wrong with it.
That would confuse Confucius.
