I’ve had my 2018 Ridgeline RTL-T for 2 years now. When I exit the car, the doors usually will lock behind me (with 1 beep to indicate that all went well). However, 10%-20% of the time the doors won’t lock behind me and I’ll get several beeps in succession to warn me. I can resolve it by simply opening and closing the door, or locking the doors using my key FOB. Now that I’m in my final warranty year, I wanted to see if anyone else had experienced the same thing. It does get to be annoying.

 

welcome to the forum. i do not have any experience with the lock doing as your vehicle, but i can tell you to not have anyone else but the dealership touch your vehicle to repair but a Honda Dealership. Go to the one you are having the service done and have them fix it. if it is under warranty and you touch or fix, anything else that fails is now your fault and will not be covered by Honda.
