I have a 2013 Ridgeline RTL. My drivers door lock doesn’t unlock unless I insert the key into the lock and force the lock open and hold the key in the unlocked position. I cannot open the door from the inside using the button, it will not move from the locked position. The lock in is a locked position at all times. The unlock button on the key unlocks all the other doors but not the drivers door
Any solutions.

 

Sounds like the lock actuator is stuck in closed position
Would take off door panel and investigate
If it is the actuator then must be replaced or repaired
