Hopefully someone can help me out. I just purchased a new Honda Ridgeline. The truck runs great. However, when I am running the A/C and driving at 20 mph I hear a humming noise. If I switch the A/C off the noise goes away. If I drive at a higher speed with the A/C on, I do not hear any humming noise. Is this normal?

 

dcole, I've had my 2019 for less than 2 months now, and have not experienced that humming noise. I'll make sure I listen for it at that slower speed of 20. Does it matter if your recirculate button is engaged?
To be sure, when you say low gear, do you mean low fan speed? I wasn't aware that Honda offers a standard ("straight drive" in the South) transmission.
