Default Tailgate Dropping
Just got my 2020 RTL-E. Love it. As you know, the tailgate does not go down slowly. A couple of times it has just dropped. Does this harm the tailgate or the cable? Doesn’t seem to but want to be sure.

2020?? Why not ask dealer about it?? See if it is under warranty??

Welcome in ,i agree let the dealer take care of it under warranty. May be a defect .
