honda foreman 450S wont shift

Default honda foreman 450S wont shift
Ihave a 2000 Honda Foreman TRX450S And for some reason it will not shift in or out of gear. Right now it is stuck in first and wont go to second or neutral. the shifter moves but wont "catch". i adjusted the clutch and it did not help What can i do to fix this??????

Did you try bumping the throttle while putting pressure on the shifter in the direction you want to go? Make sure the shifter didn't slip on it's shaft also.
