Tire size replacement

would like to know if a 265/60/18 will fit my 13 ridgeline?, oem size is 245/60/18.

welcome to the forum per americas tires it shows you can go to 235 60 18 does not show a 245 60 18. you can call a tire dealership and verify your size. just be aware you get less grip area on your 245 vs 265.
