Use of 185/70R13 Tires Mounted on Rims on 1996 Honda Accord LX

Use of 185/70R13 Tires Mounted on Rims on 1996 Honda Accord LX
Presently, I am using 185/70R14 tires on my 1996 Honda Accord LX.
However, I have from Hondas in the 1988/1989 time period eight (8) 185/70R13 tires mounted on rims, in almost mint condition, in my basement.
Unfortunately, the 185/70R13 rims do not fit on the wheel hubs on my 1996 Honda Accord LX.
Does anyone have any suggestions on ways to utilize, economically, the 185/70R13 tires on my 1996 Honda Accord LX.
