Default 02 crv transmissiom poor shifting

So she's got a lot of miles (220,000+) and the transmission started shifting badly a few months ago
Rough shifting especially around 40-50mph and really hates to go above 65-70. If she does go above 70 she will downshift and give me a feeling of free fall until back in the safe zone between 60-70mph.

I replaced the transmission filter and did a drain and fill with some Lucas stop slip. This completely solved the problem for about a month. Let's say, 2000mi give or take. This is my daily.

So here's my question and nagging thought-
Do I just do the same service again and pray somehow my trans filter clogged twice?
is that the actual definition of insanity?
or is there something I'm missing here? What else can I check for or try before just replacing the transmission?
Ive got access to tools and a multimeter and such, and all else fails, a mechanic who will do what I ask but who is unwilling to troubleshoot for me. Lol.

The problem is not any worse the second time around.

I'm used to working on my own vehicles but this is my first Honda and first transmission issue for any vehicle. (Dont worry, ive had plenty of other issues)

Thanks yall

Any DTC’s?

Filter clogged with what?

IMO additives are akin to putting a bandaid on a bullet hole. It will stop the bleeding for a short while but no chance of fixing the problem.
