Default 1997 TPS Calibration

Hi,

I have a 1997 CR-V and have been having issues with calibration of a replacement TPS sensor. I understand the service manual states the output voltage of the TPS sensor should be begin at “about” 0.5 and top out at 4.5 volts DC, but I am having issues getting the TPS sensor to output those values. If I set it to begin at 0.5 volts it only tops out at WOT at about 4.1 volts. Is this normal or am I missing something?
