So, may be you found out what is wrong?
Then the calipers are on the wrong side.
Correct that and you should be good to go.
Please update and let us know how it goes.

I owe you my life my friend. We did put the calipers on backward. Thank you so much for not only your knowledge but kindness too. Thank you thank you thank you! Brakes are good as new
