Default 2003 CRV Oil Pan

First time posting. Vehicle in question is 2003 Honda CRV with 5 speed standard transmission and 157K mileage. There is an obvious oil leak that I have to keep a close eye on, and it appears to be coming from the left side back corner of the oil pan. I’ve watched it very carefully(after cleaning it thoroughly) with the car jacked up and the engine running. The only other source would be a rear main oil seal failure, but I think it will be leaking at the lowest point on the motor.

I was just wondering if anybody here has done this repair project before? This model was released with the Hondabond sealer, but I notice that there are actual aftermarket gaskets available for this model. Has anyone used these? I spoke with a mechanic who only works on Hondas, and he said that he’s never seen one of these leak unless somebody had taken it off and put it back on improperly. I know that the front subframe needs to be dropped to take the oil pan off(I have access to a lift). Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'd not guess. You need to see if it's coming from the pan or higher up like intake or head.
